What shipping methods do you use?
We primarily ship using USPS. You will be offered a choice of First Class or Priority on the check out page, unless your items weigh more than 1 lb. At that point, the only method available is Priority. If you are purchasing a large quantity of items (for example, uniforms or flags) we may use UPS or FedEx, depending on what is most economical.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Due to the fact that we are a small organization, we only have one person who handles all store orders and shipping. Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and shipped once a week (usually Friday). However, due to the current situation with Covid-19, this time table can fluctuate. Please note that estimated shipping times provided during check out do NOT include this extra processing time–they are based on when USPS receives the package.
Can I get it sooner?
